About the job Cards Business Development

Term: 12 months

Relevant Experience:12+ years exp with 5+ years as a business development or cards acquisition expert in KSA

Mandatory Experience:English proficiency. Arabic is mandatory

Purpose of Job:

With high aspirational targets on SNB cards business for 2025, business development will be responsible on all sales activates and product support to ensure we keep the number one market share position and improve our competitive offerings.

Tasks:

  • Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Review current sales processes through channels (Branches, Tele sales, Digital & Direct Sales).
  • Enhance and update sales training materials.
  • Support branch network, Tele sales agents & direct sales with quarterly training sessions on how to sell and main features and benefits.
  • Mystery shopping through branches
  • Support in developing sales campaigns for staff & customers through channels.
  • Doing sales market research.
  • Generating data and report to show sales progress.
  • Develop a high-level presentation on business development activities.
  • Support in aftersales activations by analyzing application rejection reasons.
  • Conduct complex analysis to find new market opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve internal processes for cards acquisitions and aftersales activities.
  • Follow up closely with product development team on any new RAC changes or product enhancement system fixes impacting sales and aftersales
  • Review current RAC policies and suggest enchantment

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 12+ years exp with 5+ years as a business development or cards acquisition
  • Regional experience

Skills:

  • Extensive business experience, especially in creating acquisitions/Sales action plans and strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Math and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Understanding of market trends in KSA
  • Strong presentation and training skills (English & Arabic)
  • A proven track record of providing actionable solutions and targets
