Overview

OMQ is hiring strategic and results-driven Business Development & Partnership Manager to lead growth initiatives, drive revenue, and secure high-value partnerships. Omq is a Riyadh-based event management company specializing in exhibitions and conferences. It has quickly built strong partnerships by delivering high-quality events with a dedicated and passionate team.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, and sponsors.
  2. Lead outreach and negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with company goals.
  3. Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  4. Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to design customized offerings for partners and clients.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategy.
  6. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
  7. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and key client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong network within the Saudi market and knowledge of the local business landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi based preferred in alignment with localization initiatives.
