Job Title: Business Development Manager (Freelance – Commission Based)

• Perfect Fixer is a professional maintenance and installation company specializing in AC repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, chest freezers, and home appliance services. We provide both residential and commercial solutions, including installation, repair, and annual maintenance contracts.
• We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Freelance) who can help us expand our presence and secure new contracts across multiple industries.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing service contracts from government agencies, real estate companies, facility management firms, factories, hotels, housing compounds, commercial buildings, and corporate accommodations.
• This is a commission-based, freelance role, ideal for someone with strong market connections and experience in the maintenance or HVAC industry.
• Identify and target potential clients across:
• Government organizations
• Property management firms
• Facility management companies
• Hotels, hospitals, schools, residential compounds
• Corporate housing & accommodation providers
• Pitch Perfect Fixer’s services and secure annual maintenance contracts and project-based work.
• Generate leads for AC installation, HVAC maintenance, refrigeration service, and home appliance support.
• Conduct daily visits to companies and maintain a detailed activity report.
• Prepare and update a database/log of all visited companies, contacts, and opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate between clients and our technical team for smooth service execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Proven experience in HVAC, maintenance, facility services, or appliance service industry.
• Strong network in Al-Kharj or Riyadh region (preferred).
• Understanding of AC systems, refrigeration units, and home appliance services.
• Previous experience dealing with government departments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Must provide daily activity reports and maintain a proper client database.
• This position is commission-based only.
