We are on the hunt for a driven Business Development Lead to be a part of an innovative prop-tech start-up based in Riyadh. Their mission is to revolutionize rental solutions for landlords and tenants seeking options for short, or long-term stays!

As a Business Development Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance tenant acquisition and retention. This role focuses on building strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering a positive living experience within managed properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and executebusiness development strategiesto drive tenant acquisition, occupancy, and revenue growth.
  • LeadB2B and corporate sales initiatives, identifying, pursuing, and closing partnerships that expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build, manage, and convert acommercial sales pipeline, including new tenants, renewals, and long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate closely withoperations, leasing, and marketing teamsto ensure growth initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with tenant experience.
  • Overseelease negotiations, renewals, and pricing strategies, balancing commercial performance with tenant satisfaction.
  • Define, track, and report onKPIsrelated to tenant growth, retention, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Lead the business development team.
  • Translate market insights and tenant needs intoactionable growth initiativesin collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess tenant feedback and market data.
  • Proven ability to develop creative solutions to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
