Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals across cosmetics and fashion (clothing) categories.
  • Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and identity to enhance brand equity and market differentiation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual standards across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, PR, influencers, retail, and events.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights specific to beauty and fashion industries.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, retail, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Oversee content creation, advertising materials, and creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage brand budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular analytical reports.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Lead product launches, seasonal collections, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Ensure brand compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Educations & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager within cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or clothing brands is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of beauty and fashion market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience managing multi-channel brand campaigns and working with creative and digital teams.
