Position Overview:

As a Juicer at Joe & The Juice, you are the face of the brand. You are energetic, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will prepare fresh juices, sandwiches, and coffees while engaging with customers in a dynamic and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve juices, sandwiches, and coffee according to Joe & The Juice recipes and quality standards

• Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service at all times

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all stations

• Restock ingredients and manage supplies during and after shifts

• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently

• Support your team and maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere

• Uphold the brand’s image, culture, and values in every customer interaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for hospitality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in F&B, juice bars, or customer-facing roles is preferred

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
