The Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center invites a dedicated Banquet Supervisor to lead flawless events in a five-star setting. You will oversee function room setups, coordinate with the culinary team, and ensure impeccable service standards across all banquet operations.

We seek a professional with at least 3 years in hospitality or event management, strong leadership, and a passion for luxury guest experiences. Saudi national preference applies; bilingual communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or event management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring adherence to Banquet Event Orders.
• Verify all pre-requisitions for functions and readiness for setup.
• Coordinate with the Chef on menus and event details.
• Supervise and uphold service standards during banquet operations.
• Monitor banquet service equipment and inventory levels.
• Manage the requisition process for items needing replacement.
• Attend all management meetings and training sessions.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols in all service and storage areas.
