Responsibilities

• Directs and motivates team while assisting in delivering high quality service.
• Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection.
• Provides clear and concise communications to stakeholders.
• Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.
• Schedules banquet service staff to forecast and service standards.
• Leads shifts and participates in servicing events.
• Maintains sanitation levels and inventory control.
