Job summary

SWISSOTEL in Jeddah seeks a Banquet Supervisor to ensure flawless event execution and top-tier service. You will meticulously oversee function room setups, verify pre-requisites, and coordinate with the Chef to align on menus and timing.

You will supervise banquet service, monitor equipment and inventory, manage requisitions, and participate in mandatory meetings. A strong leader with 3+ years in hospitality is preferred, with emphasis on safety and cleanliness across areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of function rooms ensuring adherence to Banquet Event Orders.
• Verify all pre-requisites for functions and readiness for timely setup.
• Coordinate with the Chef on menus and event details.
• Supervise service standards throughout banquet operations.
• Monitor service equipment and maintain inventory for uninterrupted operations.
• Manage requisition process for items requiring replacement.
• Attend and contribute to all required management meetings and training.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols in service and storage areas.
