Job summary

The Red Palace in Riyadh, a symbol of heritage, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the hotel's restaurant operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee daily service, maintain high standards, and contribute to revenue growth in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a supervisory F&B role, with strong leadership and guest-focused service. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu execution, cost control, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure high-quality F&B offerings.
Monitor service standards and coach staff to deliver personalized, attentive service.
Address guest feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues.
Foster a guest-centric culture with attention to detail and elegant service.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
Implement policies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs and propose actions to improve restaurant performance.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless communication.
