Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Sous Chef Banquet - Saudi Chef to lead operations in the kitchen, train staff, and ensure high culinary standards. You will disseminate policies, supervise training, and coordinate with fellow chefs to optimize kitchen performance and guest experiences.

You will manage rostering, maintain quality cuts with premium ingredients, monitor waste and food costs, and handle daily orders for meats, seafood, fruits and vegetables.

Qualifications

• Understand and disseminate/communicate corporate policies and standard operating procedures to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining training matrices for the department.
• Oversee and maintain operational and administrative aspects of the La Kitchen.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to all colleagues.
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs to ensure proper preparation of food items.
