Job summary

A prominent dining establishment in Jeddah is seeking a manager to uphold service quality, oversee restaurant operations, and ensure financial performance. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality, five years in food and beverage service, and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with being an Arabic speaker, are essential. Qualifications

  • Four years of supervisory or management experience in casual dining.
  • Five years of Food and Beverage and guest service experience is a must.
  • Must be Arabic Speaker with experience in Dine In Restaurant.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of service is aligned with service standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant area(s).
  • Ensure that Food and Beverage operational Policies, Procedures, and regulations are followed.
  • Order restaurant supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.
  • Meet with guests to resolve concerns by guest service standards and procedures.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
  • Calculate P&L and Food cost every month.
  • Responsible for financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
  • Contribute heavily in increasing sales and decreasing food cost.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a similar field is preferred.
  • Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience in casual dining is preferable.
  • Five (5) years of Food and Beverage and guest service experience is a must
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, decision-making skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates should have a warm and welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
  • have knowledge in P&L and Sales Forecasting
  • Must be Arabic Speaker
  • Experience in Dine In Restaurant is A must
