Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Al Khobar seeks an Assistant Manager for the Reservations Department. The successful candidate will assist the Reservation Manager while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to maximize Room Yield. Responsibilities include inventory control and delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with brand standards. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office.
  • Experience as Team Leader in a larger operation is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to maximize Room Yield.
