About the role
The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring every guest receives a warm, hospitality-driven experience at Fuku. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to guide FOH and BOH teams, maintain operational excellence, and develop a positive, high-performance environment where team members can grow.

This AGM role will be primarily BOH management-focused during the opening phases and early months. This includes supporting kitchen operations, recipe execution, prep, equipment readiness, sanitation standards, and building strong BOH systems before shifting into more balanced FOH and BOH responsibilities.
This position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.
