A leading electric services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a candidate to manage and optimize all administrative, facility, and government relations functions. The ideal applicant will have 10-12 years of experience, strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, and proven expertise in government relations. This role involves compliance oversight and the facilitation of operational support for business continuity.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in administration and government relations in KSA, preferably in manufacturing or large companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Saudization, visas, and licensing procedures.
  • Proven track record of dealing with Saudi government agencies and building strong networks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison with Saudi ministries and authorities to secure permits, licenses, and approvals.
  • Oversee all office administration and ensure compliance with corporate policies and Saudi regulations.
  • Manage the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of company facilities.
  • Develop and enforce security policies to protect people, assets, and operations.
  • Oversee company fleet operations to ensure safe and cost-effective utilization.

Job description
Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and optimizing all administrative, facility, and government relations functions in KSA. The role ensures efficient office, facility, fleet, and security operations, while maintaining full compliance with Saudi laws, labor regulations, and Saudization requirements. The position plays a key role in building strong relations with government bodies, supporting employees’ administrative needs, and advising management on compliance risks and regulatory matters. It also contributes to business continuity and expansion initiatives by facilitating government approvals, providing operational support, and ensuring a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Governmental Relations
  • Act as the main liaison with Saudi ministries and authorities to secure permits, licenses, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely processing of government documentation and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain strong networks with officials to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance and risks.
  • Support resolution of disputes with government entities.
Administration & Operations
  • Oversee all office administration and ensure compliance with corporate policies and Saudi regulations.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers for admin and facility services.
  • Support travel, accommodation, and government documentation for employees.
Facility Management
  • Manage the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of company facilities.
  • Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and space optimization.
  • Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures.
Security Management
  • Develop and enforce security policies to protect people, assets, and operations.
  • Supervise security providers and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain emergency response protocols.
Fleet Management
  • Oversee company fleet operations to ensure safe and cost-effective utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation regulations.
  • Implement tracking systems and policies to optimize performance and reduce risks.
Compliance & HR Support
  • Partner with HR to ensure Saudization and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
  • Align company policies and procedures with local regulations.
Strategic & Operational Support
  • Advise management on compliance issues and regulatory developments.
  • Develop strategies for effective government relations and administrative support.
  • Facilitate regulatory approvals required for business continuity and expansion.
Qualification & Education
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 10-12 years of experience in administration and government relations in KSA (preferably in manufacturing or large companies).
