Job description

If you're looking for an opportunity to hunt big game and close significant software license deals, then we're looking for you. The Account Executive operates at the frontline of Sitecore's growth. You'll be counted on not only to drive significant revenue within your territory but also to leverage new and existing networks to promote our solutions to prospective Enterprise customers. You will bring real value to the sales process through your advanced understanding of customers' key business needs and challenges and will sell directly to executive-level decision-makers.

This position requires a driven individual who thrives on winning new business, completing complex end-to-end sales cycles, and consistently striving to overachieve.

What You'll Do:
  1. Sell Sitecore DXP solutions within a geographic territory, focusing solely on net new logos.
  2. Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  3. Lead effective sales engagements with enterprise new business clients, fostering collaboration and enhancing customer experience.
  4. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and position the Sitecore suite to C-level executives with a consultative approach.
  5. Leverage the Sitecore partner network during the sales process and beyond.
  6. Build and grow a strong sales pipeline of enterprise opportunities across your region with support from our SDR and Presales teams, along with your own prospecting initiatives.
  7. Demonstrate Sitecore's offerings, value proposition, and market trends.
What You Need to Succeed:
  1. Fluency in Arabic and extensive experience in enterprise selling within the KSA region.
  2. Significant enterprise software sales experience, focusing on net-new business and high-value negotiations.
  3. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  4. Experience selling and demonstrating complex SaaS solutions, managing the entire sales cycle efficiently.
  5. Solid understanding of your territory, with the ability to manage opportunities, implement growth plans, and build strategic relationships to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing internal and external relationships and providing feedback and solutions across the business.
  7. Strong presentation skills to demonstrate Sitecore's offerings and values to diverse audiences.
  8. A consultative approach and a problem-solving mindset.
  9. Excellent execution and process skills, capable of navigating systems and processes effectively.
  10. You are known for your work ethic, grit, integrity, passion, and dedication.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  1. Experience selling using sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred).
  2. Experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
