This on-site role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Candidates must have a C2 level in French and a good command of English. The position offers a permanent contract after a trial period and includes performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Conhecimentos
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French (C2 level required)
Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs
Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
Permanent contract (after a successful 3-month trial)
Fixed Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off
Performance bonus based on KPIs
Complexity bonus for handling advanced queries
