About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and platform standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, culturally aware, and committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review reported content such as text, images, and videos
• Evaluate content according to platform policies and guidelines
• Make quick and accurate decisions regarding flagged content
• Identify emerging trends and escalate sensitive issues
• Work with internal teams to continuously improve content review processes

Who You Are

• Fluent in Arabic (C2) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or disturbing content
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to team goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Work Conditions

• 40 hours/week on a rotating shift schedule
• Full paid training provided
