Overview

German Sales & Customer Care Associate | Remote (Portugal North Only)

Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious cruise line.

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal — from Coimbra upwards. Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Location: Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00

Occasionally: availability until 19:00 may be required

2 rotational days off per week

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
  • Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
  • Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
  • Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Profile
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
  • Experience in sales is mandatory – ideally in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a structured remote schedule
  • Resides in Coimbra or further north in Portugal (strict requirement)
