About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide outstanding service to Danish-speaking customers, supporting them with inquiries, technical questions, and the premium experience they expect from a top-level European brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from Danish-speaking customers
  • Deliver first-class guidance, answers, and solutions in a friendly, professional manner
  • Troubleshoot minor technical concerns and escalate complex cases
  • Actively listen to understand every customer's needs, ensuring satisfaction
  • Work in a collaborative, international environment, sharing best practices and learning every day

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B1)
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
