About the job French User Support Coordinator in Braga

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French (C2 level required)

Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs

Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal

Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday

Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset

Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required

Permanent contract (after a successful 3-month trial)

Fixed Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off
