About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Spanish speakers to join our vibrant team onsite in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be the frontline voice representing top international brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

What You'll Do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Uphold a positive, solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service
What We Are Looking For
  • Fluency in Spanish (C2) and a good command of English (B1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Full training provided!
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work onsite in Lisbon
  • Health insurance from day 1 (with a small monthly fee; free after 6 months)
  • Welcome Bonus paid in 4 installmentsrewarding commitment and attendance
  • For Lisbon only: Airfare reimbursement (up to 400 after 6 months) & optional room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months.
