- Content Moderator: Monitor and review user‑generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
- Language skills: Portuguese (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.
- EU citizenship or working visa.
- Willingness to relocate.
