Qualificações

  • Available to work full-time in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday).

Responsabilidades

  • Calling potential business clients (no cold calling they've already shown interest).
  • Providing information and promoting the clients services via phone.
  • Understanding each business's needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meeting KPIs related to call volume, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Conhecimentos

Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher)
Good command of English (B2 level minimum)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with targets and CRMs

Job Title: Operations Expert I B2B Sales (Spanish + English)
Location: Onsite Lisbon, Portugal
Project: Outbound Sales (B2B)

Are you passionate about connecting with clients and supporting business growth? We’re looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Your Mission

You’ll be part of an outbound B2B team, responsible for:

  • Calling potential business clients (no cold calling they've already shown interest).
  • Providing information and promoting the clients services via phone.
  • Understanding each business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meeting KPIs related to call volume, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
  • Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
  • Previous sales experience, ideally B2B (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and CRMs.
  • Available to work full-time in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday).
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
  • Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly salary: approx. 1,386 (without accommodation) / approx. 1,185 (with accommodation provided)
