At SimCorp, we support some of the biggest financial institutions in the world to be successful by simplifying their investments, accounting, and operations. Currently SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients.

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Subscription & IT Administration Coordinator to manage mobile subscription processes across all Market Units. This role is newly established and will be key in ensuring consistency, cost control, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You will be responsible for managing mobile subscription contracts, budgets, and invoice handling, as well as being the go-to person for any subscription‑related questions. You will also have the opportunity to support broader administrative tasks such as security controls, SLA follow‑up, and contract structuring.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility to define how work is done in each area. If you have effective coordination and administrative skills, enjoy writing policies, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would be keen to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Manage mobile subscription contracts from the IT side
  • Handle budget planning and invoice follow‑up for mobile services
  • Central point of contact for mobile subscription‑related inquiries across the organization
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure service quality
  • Support security controls dialogue and compliance tracking
  • Participate in structuring and managing other IT‑related contracts/work
  • Follow up on SLAs and ensure service performance standards are met
  • Draft and maintain internal policies and processes
  • Collaborate with Market Units, Finance and Procurement
  • Identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities
