Qualifications

• At least 4 years of strong related work experience on Order to Cash / Accounts Receivables.
• 7 to 8 years of OTC/Accounts Receivable experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTC deductions and aging reporting.
• Handle escalations from Sales and Account Coordinators.
• Supervise production and monitor team performance.
