A prominent restaurant group in Metro Manila is seeking a Head of Project Management to oversee the planning and construction of shops, including new store openings and renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B construction projects, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Head of Project Management will oversee the planning, design, construction, and timely delivery of all shops, including new store openings, kitchen and bar fit-outs, renovations, commissary expansions, and facility upgrades. This role ensures that all projects meet operational standards for food safety, workflow efficiency, customer experience, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing F&B construction projects, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing construction and fit-out projects in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, commissaries, kitchens, kiosks, bars, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Expertise in kitchen design, equipment installation, workflow optimization, and F&B operational standards.
Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects in a high-growth environment.
Excellent problem-solving, budgeting, and project scheduling abilities.
