This role ensures that all projects meet operational standards for food safety, workflow efficiency, customer experience, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing F&B construction projects, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing construction and fit-out projects in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, commissaries, kitchens, kiosks, bars, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Expertise in kitchen design, equipment installation, workflow optimization, and F&B operational standards.
