Responsibilities

• Manage user provisioning requests ensuring timely access administration.
• Monitor, track, and resolve incident tickets within SLAs.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
• Perform system health checks to identify and mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily IT operations.
