As a respected member of our NZ Sales team, your role as a Sales Representative/End User Specialist will involve visiting end users predominantly located at construction sites. You will be working in the field to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.

1. Promote all Stanley Black & Decker products with a particular focus on DEWALT.
2. Generate sales through onsite demonstrations and attending trade events.
3. Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
4. Build relationships with end users and distributor partners.
5. Conduct Distributor and End User training in stores and onsite.

1. A high level of experience and/or interest in working with power tools and hand tools.
2. The ability and willingness to conduct face-to-face cold calls/visits.
3. The ability to present with confidence and communicate clearly when presenting product initiatives to end users.
4. A full driver's license with an excellent driving record and comfortable towing a trailer.
5. Computer skills, particularly around Excel and CRM systems.
