Are you a Soil Transfer Operator and a bit of a character? You’re here right now, reading this for a reason. Maybe you already know your way around hydro excavation and you’re looking for your next move. And we're after more characters like you to come and join us!
Vac U Digga is New Zealand’s leading hydro excavation specialist. Hydro excavation is all we do, and the level of expertise we’ve accrued doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of 18 years of civil construction experience and ten years of Research and Development.
It’s also worth mentioning that Vac U Digga is part of Intergroup, which opens up all kinds of other options for future growth and development.
We're after characters who are always wanting to learn and grow - your voice matters here, and you will be empowered to make decisions, not just take directions. We’re hoping you’ll be enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude, along with good communication skills. We're all about trust and loyalty here. Our team is built on a strong buddy system for most of our work, so you've got to like working as a team.
We are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded Soil Transfer Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for processing and maintenance of hydro excavation waste through our soil transfer unit. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where flexibility, troubleshooting skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
So come and join our great team today – and show us your character!
