Overview

Accounts Administrator position (contract through January 2026, with potential for permanent) supporting key finance operations during the Christmas peak season. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Support weekly payroll processing
  • Assist with HR-related admin such as onboarding packs and personnel updates
  • Handle supplier reconciliations, invoice validation, and month-end reporting
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments, maintaining speed and attention to detail
Who You Are / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounts administration or AP/payroll functions
  • Comfortable with volume processing – up to 80 invoices per day
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident communicator with great people skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; MYOB experience a bonus, not required
  • A sense of ownership and pride in delivering accurate, timely work
  • Open to fixed-term work, able to start quickly and commit through Jan
  • Team player who can work independently and support others as needed
