Overview

Merchant 1948 is a New Zealand family owned and operated footwear retailer who has been around since, you guessed it, 1948. We are a household name and a trusted source of premium leather footwear for all occasions.

The Role

Based in our Merchant Christchurch Central store and reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:

• Creating great customer experiences
• Achieving individual sales targets and company standards
• Ensuring the store is tidy and presentable
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
• Working as part of a team and contributing to a positive team culture
