Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Genting Highlands seeks a Guest Service Agent to manage check-in/check-out processes and assist with guest reservations. Candidates should have a minimum of SPM and ideally a diploma in hotel management. The role requires a pleasant personality, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledge of Chinese dialects is an advantage. This permanent position offers a competitive salary.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, preferable those who possess Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management.
- Height: 160 cm for male and 157 cm for female.
- Pleasant personality essential.
Responsibilities
- To handle check‑in and check‑out transactions.
- To key in customer data in GHPMS.
- Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
- Makes and confirms reservations.
- Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to guest folio.
- Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
