Job Responsibilities
  • Provide “One-Stop” and holistic banking solutions to customers.
  • Offer professional wealth advice as part of the leading wealth solutions team, engaging with wealth specialists to advise customers and achieve revenue targets.
  • Advocate Personal / Premier Banking and acquire new customers through events, sales activities and other initiatives.
  • Proactively engage customers to build and maintain relationships, improving customer engagement scores.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentary and procedural requirements, submit statutory and regulatory reports on time, and maintain zero defects in account opening, sales, loan submission and other transactions.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above with minimum 1 year sales or service experience in the financial or service industry (e.g., airline, telco, hotel, tourism).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • License and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in financial planning, investment, lending, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial and non-financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good social networking skills and ability to deliver and maintain high quality customer service.
  • Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
