Job summary
A project management consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead project delivery and ensure timelines are met. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecom with 5 to 10 years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, motivating teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in telecommunications, particularly network engineering, is a plus. This role provides an opportunity to enhance project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of overall work experience.
- Experienced project manager, PMP certification preferred.
- Knowledge in telecommunications, especially network engineering, is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and oversee project management.
- Plan activities and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Organize and motivate project teams for successful outcomes.
- Manage budget estimates and drive delivery targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and involve them in progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Monitor project progress, expenditures, and team performance.
- Produce detailed reports on project deliverables.
