Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a seasoned recruitment lead to manage and oversee the full recruitment cycle. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and utilizing various platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and, ideally, 1 year in a supervisory position. Job description

Lead and oversee talent acquisition activities with the Group.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and market challenges.

Use job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking to attract high-quality talent.

Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Propose employer branding activities, university engagement, and talent pipeline building.

Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and local employment regulations.

Drive continuous improvement to enhance recruitment speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Requirements
  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Required language: English, BM. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑driven, structured, and able to work independently.
