[Hybrid] Talent Acquisition Executive - 6 month contract

Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including approval process, sourcing, interview coordination and offer & onboarding.

Source candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting.

Build a strong talent pipeline while staying up‑to‑date with market trends and analysis.

Ensure cost‑effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.

Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders.

Create partnerships with top universities and drive social media branding.

Be part of a key member of the global recruitment team to roll‑out best‑in‑class processes and recruitment programs.

Understand TMF Groups' business lines and any relevant local regulatory requirements.

Plan, coordinate and manage internal and external tasks to deliver results in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations with regards to delivery, escalation concerns as appropriate.

Build credibility across all stakeholder groups.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing methods and build professional networks to attract potential talent.
