The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and executing recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. The role also includes supporting administrative duties such as data entry and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, including negotiation when necessary.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Provide recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
Requirements
