We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can help us hire high-quality people quickly, systematically, and professionally.

Responsibilities

As our Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive, you will lead the full spectrum of recruitment:

End-to-End Hiring
  • Manage sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer process
  • Draft compelling job ads aligned with each department’s JD and manpower needs
  • Conduct competency-based interviews for executive and non-executive roles
  • Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts (EA 1955 compliant)
Mass & Fast Hiring Execution
  • Build talent pipelines for operations, customer service, sales, marketing, warehouse, and administrative roles
  • Manage high-volume recruitment with strict timelines
  • Track hiring progress and provide weekly updates to management
Process & Employer Branding
  • Strengthen Nuetra’s employer brand through professional candidate engagement
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the Employment Act 1955 and best HR practices
Onboarding Support
  • Ensure all documentation and handovers are completed accurately
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong track record in mass hiring / high-volume recruitment
  • Confident in interviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates independently
  • Experience in SME environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised, structured, fast, and reliable
  • Able to start immediately
  • Willing to work full-time at Section 15, Shah Alam
