The Delivery Operations organization is responsible for successful customer contract delivery including field operations, project management and operations management. Operational excellence is the key pillar supporting our differentiation, competitiveness, and profitability.
Our operational environment is constantly changing. With fast growing New Building Solutions and Modernization business both in volume business and major projects, we need to introduce new ways of working while maintaining the focus on fundamentals.
The Delivery Operations Deployment Manager is responsible for creating detailed deployment plans, managing deployment schedules, and coordinating resources. This role will require efficient follow-up of the key developments and best practice sharing across our frontline units.
We expect you to have proficiency in project management skills such as scheduling, budgeting, risk, communication, and change management, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships and influence others are key to successfully fulfilling expectations of this role.
What will you be doing?
Plan the deployment schedule / timeline across all APM FLs
Deploy Delivery Operations Development initiatives to the Frontline (FL) and support their implementation.
As a change leader, you will manage the change and follow up with FL on their progress.
Enable and support the area and frontlines teams to quickly achieve the expected benefits in terms of productivity and customer satisfaction
Report program status regularly to the stakeholders and leadership team
Are you the one?
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as deployment leader / project manager in a sizable geographical area like APAC, EMEA or AMEA.
Ability to influence and develop a long and lasting collaboration with diverse teams. Enjoy working in a matrix organization.
Proficiency in project management skills like scheduling, budgeting, risk, communication and change management.
Analytical, resilience, persistence and solution orientated mindset
Clear and concise in written and verbal communications and presentation.
