To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Flex PTP.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator role is to assist in managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

  1. Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and resource allocation across different phases.
  2. Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and other managers to outline work plans, assign duties (e.g., processing orders, loading forecasts), responsibilities, scope of authority, and resolve issues with technical advice.
  3. Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure progress on schedule and within budget, facilitating communication across departments.
  4. Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or other stakeholders.
  5. Assist in developing and tracking metrics for the program.
  6. Occasional travel to customer locations.
  7. Encourage continuous improvement activities impacting project timelines, costs, or daily operations.
  8. Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delays, coordinating team responses to potential issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
  • Awareness of how work processes impact other functions.
  • Proficiency with office tools: telephones, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database systems.
