Job Opening: Receptionist

We are hiring a receptionist with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related position.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Possess a certificate or diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  5. Well-groomed with excellent telephone manners.
  6. Ability to start work on short notice is an advantage.
  7. Willing to work on Saturday mornings (9 am - 1 pm).
Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally.
  • Greet guests and connect them with the appropriate staff.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Set up meeting rooms for management meetings.
  • Organize refreshments for guests.
  • Coordinate booking of meeting rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, including courier arrangements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and visitor areas.
  • Assist in office management activities and HR operations as needed.
  • Support administrative duties as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
