Job description

Execute privileged identity and access management systems administration and support and processes to ensure it is meeting it service objectives, in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures, its system administration procedures and service level agreements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Responsible to execute and assist Privilege Access Manager in managing in-scope privileged access management technologies in terms its operating costs, license management, system access controls and availability, support and preventive management service with respective technologies vendors especially for Privileged User Access Management (PUAM)

•Responsible to execute privileged access management lifecycles and operations related service requests, incidents and problems based on ITSM, RCA processes and methodology guided by approved and updated relevant (and in scope) standard administration and operation procedures, and controls. E.g. privileged access lifecycles are provisioning, deprovisioning, create and update access rights and other privileged access functions such as password vaulting, session recording

•Responsible to execute changes to privileged identity and access rights, data and processes in accordance with approved standards and approved deviation upon consultation with respective system owners and architecture teams to ensure system integrity is intact as per its secure configuration and design and access matrices

•Responsible to execute continuous improvement initiatives to ensure identity and access lifecycle management processes are updated and mitigate emerging risks

•Responsible to prepare performance reports, KPIs, KRI, KCIs and also compliance reports and level and ensure non-compliance items are addressed in accordance with agreed timelines and action plans as requested by management and also auditors

Responsible to work with Security Architecture & Engineering teams in matters pertaining to identity and access management systems design and deployment

Responsible to ensure proper segregation between privileged access, infrastructure and application access support operations

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE :

• Academic qualifications: Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent. Any related cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, SSCP, GIAC, CCNA, and others, is an added advantage.

• Technical knowledge in Privileged User Access Management, Authentication, Active Directory, UNIX/AIX/Linux/Wintel OS, database and network access management

• Knowledge ITIL and SANS/NIST/COBIT/ISO security Controls

• Experience: At least 2 years working experience with strong knowledge of security technologies administration and operations

Ability to keep abreast of privileged identity and access management practices, concepts, frameworks, segregation of duties/access, trends and risk and threats in infrastructure and business applications system,

Ability to keep abreast of cybersecurity threats and understand the business impacts and recommend mitigation plans to address the cybersecurity risks

CHALLENGES

• Ability to ensure cybersecurity risks are addressed in the identity and access management standards and policies/rules updates to mitigate ever changing cyber risks and segregation of duties and access

• To balance between security and access operations and technology operations and implementation deadlines
