Job summary
A leading construction company in Seelong is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in supervising the production process in precast concrete manufacturing. The role involves overseeing workers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment. A diploma in Building or Civil Engineering and at least two years of experience are required. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for meeting deadlines. Attractive remuneration and benefits offered.

- Minimum two years of related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.
- Knowledge in concrete repair and safety regulations is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in supervising the overall production process.
- Supervise workers and delegate tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks on production.
- Ensure proper operation of equipment and materials availability.
- Compile and submit daily reports.
- Instill discipline among workers.
Skills
Education
Assist engineers to supervise the overall production process to fulfill production schedule and quality requirement
Supervise workers by delegating tasks among workers, and guide workers to follow SOP in daily tasks.
Production’s checking for quality control.
Production wastage control.
Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities and machinery are in good condition.
Compile & submit daily reports and time sheets.
Conduct toolbox briefing on a daily basis.
Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, working attitude etc.
Provide job training to team.
Ensure a safe & clean working environment by implementing housekeeping.
Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.
Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.
Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.
Candidates with site experience will also be considered.
Independent, good leadership and problem‑solving skills and able to meet deadlines.
Working location : Seelong, Senai
