Job summary
A leading HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions for a construction company in Kota Damansara, Selangor. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in the construction industry, and must possess a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and foreign worker management. This position offers a salary of up to RM8,000 with working hours from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum HR management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience in handling foreign worker permits and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions.
- Manage payroll and employee relations.
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes.

Education
We are representing our client, a M&E Construction company. Due to their expansion, they are looking for HR Manager to be based at Kota Damansara, Selangor.
Working Day: Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM
Salary: up to RM8,000
Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions:
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- HR Administration
- Staff Management
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources
- Min 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum HR management
- Experience in the construction industry and managing foreign workers is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing, and foreign worker management
- Knowledge in handling foreign worker permits and compliance is essential
- Willing to travel once or twice a month to HQ Ipoh
