Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
Assign tasks and monitor worker performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead daily briefings and maintain effective communication across shifts.
Monitor material usage, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with planning, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare shift reports and provide input for KPI reviews.
Coach and mentor production operators, promoting a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with production KPIs and lean practices.
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
