Job summary
A leading IT solutions provider in Johor is looking for an Associate Technical Engineer – IT Fresh Graduate. This role involves project roll-out, onsite support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess good interpersonal skills. The position requires flexibility, independence, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens and willing to travel.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Carry out project roll-out and implementation within schedule.
- Perform onsite support, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
