This role involves project roll-out, onsite support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out project roll-out and implementation within schedule.
• Perform onsite support, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
