Job summary

A leading healthcare IT company located in Subang Jaya is seeking a Technical Engineer Support. This role involves supporting sales teams, preparing proposals, and providing training and technical support to clients. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a diploma or higher in engineering or IT, possess knowledge of CAD software, and can communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. A positive, self-motivated attitude is essential, along with a willingness to travel.

Job description
Technical Engineer Support - Healthcare IT

This position is offered on a permanent basis with 6-months’ probation period, confirmation is subject to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sale team activities and recommend suitable system and solutions to the customer requests received.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations as required within established timelines, under the supervision of senior staffs.
  • Work with Brand Principal to get technical documents of the products and know-how, to support tenders or projects.
  • Keep all technical documents, job sheets and records up to date.
  • Provide technical support and product training to the clients as and when required.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate on diploma or higher in engineering, computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge on CAD software is required.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (write and speak).
  • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Write and speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; technical knowledge on basic electrical / ELV, IP networking system is an advantage.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-discipline, positive attitude, and able to work independently in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to travel and have driving license with own transport.
