A leading Malaysian enterprise is seeking an HR professional to assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and provide HR operations support. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, advanced skills in MS Excel, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role entails responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and participating in HR projects and events. Competitive remuneration and benefits package offered.
Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, preparing offer letters, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in system and physical personnel file.
Respond to employee inquiries, providing information about HR policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, and assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures.
Handle the planning and execution of HR projects, such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Support and assists any other ad hoc HR activities or as directed by the Management from time to time.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Good in MS Excel especially Advanced Excel and MS Word.
Written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, know Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Initiative, independent, and able to work under minimum supervision.
Have basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955, other HR-related regulations and practices.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in all rounded HR functions or HR generalist role, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply too.
